Saint Patrick School was blessed with a gift of FOREVER VALUE.
Alumnus Bill Del Biaggio, Class of 1954, graciously started an endowment fund to honor the formation he received at Saint Patrick.
The Del Biaggio family lived in the Naglee Park neighborhood of San José, and his family was very involved in both the Church and School. Bill has fond memories of his parents hosting priests and nuns at their home, which was an important part of the Del Biaggio family culture.
Bill also remembers his third grade teacher, Sister Mary Claude Power, PBVM, who went on to become the first Superintendent of Schools in the newly created Diocese of San José.
By establishing the Saint Patrick Endowment, Bill builds on this rich history and provides an invitation to others to support Saint Patrick’s mission to serve the least among us. It is gifts like these, together with the school’s commitment and the Daughters of Charity, that will allow Saint Patrick to continue to provide a Catholic education to those for whom it would otherwise be out of reach.
