Holy Family Celebrates Grandparents’ Day

Holy Family School welcomed over 200 grandparents on campus. We are so blessed to have had our grandparents attend school with their grandchildren.

We began the day honoring all our grandparents in a touching prayer service. Our preschoolers, kindergarteners and first graders showed off their singing talents by sharing a song. There were definitely a lot of giggles and smiles from the grandparents.
After the service, the grandchildren connected with their grandparents and showed them around the school. A tour of the classroom, introduction of their teachers and showing off the school grounds were among the few exciting events that grandparents shared with their precious grandchildren. They continued the day with a reception that included a performance by the second and  third graders sharing what they each love about their grandma and grandpa. Of course, it would not be complete without ending the day with some sweet treats with our sweet grandparents.
