Bellarmine College Preparatory’s Dads of Grads club will present an event focused on South Bay transportation issues, featuring popular The Mercury News columnist Gary Richards.
“An Evening with ‘Mr. Roadshow’” will take place on March 29, at the Main Stage Theatre of the Sobrato Center for Humanities and the Arts on the Bellarmine campus, located at 960 West Hedding Street in San Jose. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with the program from 7-8 p.m.
Richards has covered traffic and transportation in the Bay Area as “Mr. Roadshow” since 1992. Prior to that he was an assistant sports editor at the The Mercury News from 1984-1987. He started his journalism career as a sports editor in Iowa in 1975. His son, Matthew, is a Bellarmine alumnus from the class of 2010.

Costs of the event: Dads of Grads Members: $5; Bellarmine Students (with student ID): $5; all others: $10. Proceeds will benefit Bellarmine’s Direct Financial Aid Fund.
