What’s Fashionable this Fall?
Catholic Education: Saint Martin of Tours and Santana Row Join Forces #ForTheKids
Paris and New York aren’t the only locales steeped in haute couture this time of year.
The Fall fashion fever made its way to the west coast in late September, specifically to Santana Row. While a fashion show at a high end shopping district may not seem like news, this particular event showcased more than just the newest styles.
From the featured models to the faces in the crowd, Saint Martin of Tours was center stage. Current students, alumni, staff, and parents worked the runway with the common goal of selling clothes and raising funds. Stores featured in the show helped the cause by hosting after party sales.
Those in attendance, including parents, grandparents, fashion bloggers, and community members, enjoyed light fare and beverages while chatting about what brought them to the show in the first place: the students of Saint Martin of Tours. By the end of the afternoon it was clear that though styles may come and go with the seasons, funding a quality, faith-based education is always in fashion.
