Chargers Class of 2012 Reunion

Most of the graduates of Saint Victor’s Class of 2012.

A sunny Saturday afternoon in August was the ideal setting for friends to gather and reminisce. The graduates began the afternoon with a tour around the campus.

The students were delighted at two major changes: classroom renovations in grades five through eight and the remodeling of a former computer lab into a new preschool. The group recalled fond memories and giggled as they attempted to squeeze into the seats in the primary classrooms.

After strolling through the classrooms, the Saint Victor Class of 2012 met at the junior high benches they sat in 4 years ago to enjoy a potluck lunch. Mrs. Tan, the seventh grade homeroom teacher and P.E. teacher set up the volleyball nets so the students could indulge in their favorite pasttime from their days as Chargers.

Brian Le ’12 worked closely with Vida Cortes in the Development Office to organize this reunion. He described the afternoon as “carefree” and “enjoyable.” He also reflected upon the significance of this reunion. “Now it’s time to look forward. We will go out and meet many new faces, but we will keep those we grew up within our hearts. Saint Victor will always be the place we started from, no matter where we go. “
