Saint Lucy School, Campbell is back for another great year! The student council leadership provided the student body with a “lightening” welcome to the new year and introduced the annual school theme, which is “Let Your Light Shine.”
Each trimester there is a different focus such as Let Your Light Shine for Faith, For Hope and For Love.  Each trimester’s focus is highlighted by a particular symbol such as a cross, lantern or a heart.

The themes are integrated throughout the year in classroom instruction, morning assembly, monthly Masses, projects that serve the local community, and the Family Groups program. The first trimester’s theme is “Shine Your Light for Faith.”
Students will be inspired to let their light shine not only at school but in their activities outside the classroom as well.
Principal Sue Grover adds, “the entire school community is engaged “shine their light” this school year as they focus on traditional and creative ways to help each other and those in our communities, which is a vital part of living out our Catholic values.”
